Steps to troubleshoot pairing issues:
Step 1:
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smart device. For Android devices, make sure Location is enabled for the Sense-U app at all times by navigating to Settings -> Connections -> Location and Settings -> Apps -> Sense-U Baby -> Permissions. Without this, pairing and maintaining connection will not be possible.
Step 2:
Confirm that your Pro Baby sensor has sufficient battery. Charge it for at least 30 minutes if needed.
Step 3:
Place the Pro Baby sensor close to your smart device to ensure a strong Bluetooth connection.
Step 4:
Press and hold the power button on the sensor to turn it on. Then, double-click the sensor until it begins flashing BLUE, indicating it is ready to pair.
