Steps to resolve Pro Baby sensor connection issue:
1. Base Station Indicator - Solid YELLOW Dot: This indicates the Pro Baby sensor is disconnected from the Base Station.
a) Check the Pro Baby sensor's battery level in the Sense-U App. Charge it for at least 30 minutes if needed. Once fully charged, the battery indicator will turn solid GREEN.
b) Move the Pro Baby sensor closer to the Base Station and your smart device. It should reconnect automatically.
c) Unplug the power cord to restart the Base Station.
2. Base Station Indicator - Pulsing GREEN Circle: This indicates the Pro Baby sensor is connected to the Base Station.
- Refresh the app by pulling down the screen or switching the app between foreground and background modes to reconnect.
3. Base Station Indicator - Flashing RED Dot: This means the Base Station is disconnected from your Wi-Fi network.
- Move the Base Station closer to the Wi-Fi router, and check your network connectivity.
4. Base Station Does Not Light Up: If the Base Station has no lights and the Light Alert is not turned off (Sense-U Baby app -> Me -> Manage Devices -> Base Station -> Light Alert), unplug its power cable to restart.
