- If the Base Station and the Baby Monitor are all offline. Please do the following:
- Restart the Base Station by disconnecting the power cable and wait until it is shown as online in the app.

Install its latest firmware manually from the Sense-U app->Setup->Manage Devices->My Base Station-> Device Info.

After the Base Station’s firmware is successfully upgraded, please connect the Baby Device and upgrade its firmware following similar steps.
* When using the monitor, please keep the Baby Device in the same room and close to the Base Station to avoid connection failures.
* Please place the Baby Device next to the Base Station when not in use. When you want to use the device, please tap the On/Off button in the app, shake the sensor gently and wait till it flashes blue light. It should be able to reconnect automatically.
* You can unplug the power cord to restart the base station if necessary. Wait until it is shown as online in the app.
- If the Base Station is online, but the Baby Monitor is offline. Please do the following:
If the base station's light is a flashing GREEN circle, but the app shows no data, please refresh the app by tapping the On/Off button in the app or switching the app between foreground and background to load the data. Please be assured that the base station will sound an alarm if there is anything abnormal.
If the base station shows a solid Yellow dot, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
1) Move the baby device closer to the base station; it should be able to reconnect automatically.
2) Unplug the power cord to restart the base station if necessary.
3) If the above attempts don't help, delete the baby device from the app and add it again.
If the issue persists, please test the sensor's Bluetooth signal by following the steps below.
1. Unplug the base station, close the Sense-U Baby App
2. Install an app named "LightBlue"
3. Check if "Sense-U Baby" is on the device list.
