Please Note:
The Base Station communicates with the Sense-U Cloud via 2.4GHz WiFi network. The Sense-U Cloud enables the sleep quality data to be shown in the app. This enables real-time readings and notifications on the app from anywhere.
- For setup, both your Sense-U device and phone or tablet need to be connected on 2.4GHz
- Please perform set-up within 10 feet of your router
Download the Sense-U Baby App from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
- Allow all requested permissions for the Sense-U
- Open the Sense-U Baby App, select “Join” and create an account. (You will receive an email from Sense-U Baby with a verification code. If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folders)
- Complete your personal Profile and add a child Profile
- Each child profile can have 1 Sense-U Cam and 1 Baby Monitor assigned to it.
- Plug the Base into the wall. The Base station should start flashing colorful lights and then flashing blue dot light. (Power strips and extension cables are not recommended.)
- Follow the in-app instructions to pair the Base Station and Baby device accordingly.
- Select your home Wi-Fi and enter the password.
- This must be set up on a 2.4GHz network. (If you are using a WiFi 6 router with a single network ID (SSID), make sure to unselect "SMART CONNECT" from your router's web interface or app, and then choose the 2G SSID to pair.)
- If you see “Can’t find device…”, please try again.
- Place the Sensor next to the Base Station and double shake the Baby device until it flashes BLUE 3+ times.
- If the App shows "Pairing Timeout"
Please restart the base station by unplugging its cable, upgrade its firmware version to the latest version and then try to add the Baby Monitor again.
If an update is available to the firmware for the Sensor and Base station it will show and start now

- Do not remove the Sensor from the Base or unplug the Base during the update.
