Follow the steps in this troubleshooting guide to successfully pair the Baby Device and the Base Station with the Sense-U app.
1. Place your baby device, mobile phone and the base station close to the WiFi router and make sure the selected WiFi network is 2.4G band and is a private WiFi network.
* Public WiFi network which pops up a login page asking for credential information during setup as at the airport is not supported.
2. Download the Sense-U Baby(New) app from the App Store/Google Play Store.
3. Open the app and create an account.
4. Power up the base station and make sure it is flashing blue dot light.
5. Tap "Add Device" and follow the prompts.
