It keeps giving me notifications my baby is on stomach where as he is on his back.
If your device is the Skin Temp version, please switch the Temperature Mode from Skin Temp to Feeling Temp, or vice versa.
If your device is the Feeling Temp version, please reinstall the sensor's battery. The device will be restarted. It may help.
We're getting notifications for slow movement (movement is <5/min) when my baby is fine.
Please clip the Sense-U right next to your baby's belly button to accurately pick up abdominal movement. SNUG FIT clothes are essential for accurate monitoring. Loose-fitting sleepwear may cause the monitor to lose contact with the baby and sound a false alarm.
