If you're having trouble receiving temperature/rollover/movement notifications, please walk through the following steps:
Make sure one or all of the notifications are enabled on the Baby Device Setting page.
If you are using an iOS device:
- Make sure your mobile phone is not in the Do Not Disturb (DND) mode or any other Focus mode.
- Make sure that you have notifications enabled on your phone's OS level.
- Settings -> Notifications -> Sense-U Baby App -> Notifications ON.
If you are still not getting Notifications, it may be due to your notifications sensitivity levels being too low or high. Try adjusting the sensitivity levels.
- Make sure that you have Ringtone and Alert Volume enabled on your phone's OS level.
If you are using an Android device:
- Make sure your mobile phone is not in the Do Not Disturb (DND) mode.
- Make sure that you have notifications enabled on your phone's OS level.
- Settings -> Notifications -> App settings -> Sense-U Baby App -> All Sense-U Baby Notifications ON.
- Make sure that you have Media volume and Notification Volume enabled on your phone's OS level.
