Steps to troubleshoot pairing issues:
Step 1:
Make sure the Bluetooth on your smart device is turned on. For Android Devices, please make sure Location is enabled for the Sense-U App ALL THE TIME in Settings->Connections->Location and Settings->Apps->Sense-U Baby-> Permissions. Or else it cannot pair to the Device and stay connected.
Step 2:
Make sure your Sense-U Baby Device has enough battery. Charging it for at least 30 minutes if necessary.
Step 3:
Place the Sense-U Baby Device next to your smart device.
Step 4:
Long press the power button of the Baby Device to switch it on. Next, double-shake the Baby Device until it begins to flash BLUE, indicating that it is ready to pair.
* To pair to another smart device, you need to log out the Sense-U App on the paired smart device first.
* If still no luck, submit a feedback through the Sense-U App->Me->Contact Us.
