If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return the product to us for a full refund. This satisfaction guarantee only applies to the original purchaser of the product from an authorized seller with proof of purchase.
To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days from the date of purchase. To request an RMA, please contact our customer service from in-app Feedback(Sense-U App->Setup->Help->Feedback) or by email(Info@sense-u.com).
- Product(s) returned to Sense-U directly must have been purchased from our website, sense-u.com
- Product(s) purchased from any retailer or website other than www.sense-u.com must be returned to the original purchase location, in accordance with the return policy of the purchase location.
- Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) as per the sole discretion of Sense-U.
- If the Product(s) is returned without an RMA, Sense-U cannot process your refund.
- The product(s) must be returned to Sense-U within three (3) weeks after the completion of the RMA form to be considered a valid return.
